Benefits of Yoga – CHILDREN

Our kids and our families are offered plenty of busyness and distraction. It is easy for our kids to find opportunity to preoccupy their minds and immobilize their bodies. Yoga is a great way to help our kids and families become strong, flexible, aware, and creative without all the distraction.

  • Families get to do something together that engages the child and parent in a noncompetitive environment.
  • Younger Kids gain opportunity for creative expression while challenging themselves to new fun poses.
