New to Yoga? 

If you're new to yoga, don't be nervous - we're excited to meet you and were beginners once too!  To get you started, we recommend the following classes:

  • Yoga Basics

  • Hatha,

  • Mixed Level,

  • Slow Flow,

  • Yoga for Every Body,

  • Restore Release Renew,

  • Stress Relief,

  • Restorative,

  • Gentle,

  • Yin Yoga, or

  • Deep Stretch.  

We look forward to practicing with you and have a variety of classes to fit your skill level.

For your first visit, we request that you come to the studio 10-15 minutes before class begins so we can get you set up.  

Forgot your yoga mat or don't have any props? Don't worry - we always have extras you can use.
