Maria, Studio Owner, had been practicing yoga for over 15 years when she felt a calling to teach in 2008 and then became certified 2009. She is so appreciative of her certificate for RYT 230 hours of teacher training in the practice of Iyengar and Restorative from The Yoga School of Therapeutics and her 300 hours from My Vinyasa Practice that made such a wonderful change in her life. Jillian has been practicing yoga since she was 18 and has experience practicing and teaching in numerous traditions including hot flow, vinyasa, vimana, and the hot series. She completed her RYT-200 teacher training program in August 2014 with a Hot Power Vinyasa teacher training, completed a Vimana teaching training certificate, engages with numerous continuous education workshops, and been a member of the Yoga Alliance since 2014. Her PHD in English and experience teaching at the college level
Teaching since 2007 all over the country, Anna holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in performance, which only strengthens her presence as a commanding teacher. She’s gone as far as instructing at the YMCA in Richmond, VA to launching the hot yoga program at the Total Body Center in Los Angeles, CA.
Casey has been practicing yoga since 2016 and is a 2017 graduate of the Dharma House School of Yoga and an RYT 200 registered with Yoga Alliance. She teaches a yoga practice with mixed levels of flow, yin, restorative, and chair. She believes that yoga should be all inclusive and that yoga is a practice for healing of body, mind, & spirit.

RYT 200-hr certified from right here at Yoga Patch, Molly has been practicing yoga since moving to Kansas City in 2017 and teaching since completing training in early 2020. A creative at heart, her passion for holistic living and zest for life blend together to create a uniquely challenging and energizing experience within each of her classes. Molly currently teaches Hot, Hatha and Vinyasa-style classes.

Having graduated as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in 2002, I have been practicing yoga since early in the 2000’s, and recently completed YTT at Yoga Patch. I am continuing my yoga and Therapeutic studies to better serve anyone who practices yoga with a focus on Acquired Brain Injury survivors and caregivers through ongoing LoveYourBrain Yoga training. I’m also currently working towards gaining a Certified Brain Injury Specialist accreditation.
Natalie is RYT 200 certified from highland square school of yoga as well as Reiki II certified from SHINE Akron. Natalie has been practicing yoga since 2018, when she first started her practice she felt called for a change and followed her intuition for guidance, which led her to yoga and reiki. She soon fell in love with her practice and knew from her very first yoga class that it was right where she was meant to be. Jessica attended her first yoga class in 2005 — after the birth of her first child. While life as a busy working mom kept her from feeling that she could consistently attend classes, a spark was lit and she continued to incorporate learned movements into her exercise regimen. Eleven years later, Jessica attended her first class at a local studio and the spark grew to a steady flame. Soon, yoga became more than just postures and movements to incorporate into a routine, and more a way of life. I

Sydney is a 400 hour Registered Yoga Alliance Instructor; 200 of those hours where completed Internationally in Amorgos, Greece. She has studied Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Breath Work, Yoga Philosophy, and Anatomy as well as teaching as much as possible throughout the past 2 years!
