Jillian WinburgJillian has been practicing yoga since she was 18 and has experience practicing and teaching in numerous traditions including hot flow, vinyasa, vimana, and the hot series. She completed her RYT-200 teacher training program in August 2014 with a Hot Power Vinyasa teacher training, completed a Vimana teaching training certificate, engages with numerous continuous education workshops, and been a member of the Yoga Alliance since 2014. Anna KoehlerTeaching since 2007 all over the country, Anna holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in performance, which only strengthens her presence as a commanding teacher. She’s gone as far as instructing at the YMCA in Richmond, VA to launching the hot yoga program at the Total Body Center in Los Angeles, CA.
Casey LesmeisterCasey has been practicing yoga since 2016 and is a 2017 graduate of the Dharma House School of Yoga and an RYT 200 registered with Yoga Alliance. She teaches a yoga practice with mixed levels of flow, yin, restorative, and chair. She believes that yoga should be all inclusive and that yoga is a practice for healing of body, mind, & spirit.
