Maria, Studio Owner, had been practicing yoga for over 15 years when she felt a calling to teach in 2008 and then became certified 2009. She is so appreciative of her certificate for RYT 230 hours of teacher training in the practice of Iyengar and Restorative from The Yoga School of Therapeutics and her 300 hours from My Vinyasa Practice that made such a wonderful change in her life. Cara Duryea
Cara is a believer in movement therapy and a success story for the forgotten psoas release, having found the somatic exercise related to the psoas muscle in 2016, which she has incorporated into a weekly practice after a low-back injury in early 2018. A former long-distance runner for 20 years and a yogi and bellydancer who has practiced through pain caused by a chronically tight psoas from 2009 - 2019, Cara can now look back to realize the state of chronic pain her body was in for the previous

Jillian Winburg
Jillian has been practicing yoga since she was 18 and has experience practicing and teaching in numerous traditions including hot flow, vinyasa, vimana, and the hot series. She completed her RYT-200 teacher training program in August 2014 with a Hot Power Vinyasa teacher training, completed a Vimana teaching training certificate, engages with numerous continuous education workshops, and been a member of the Yoga Alliance since 2014. Her PHD in English and experience teaching at the college level

Teaching since 2007 all over the country, Anna holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in performance, which only strengthens her presence as a commanding teacher. She’s gone as far as instructing at the YMCA in Richmond, VA to launching the hot yoga program at the Total Body Center in Los Angeles, CA.

Casey has been practicing yoga since 2016 and is a 2017 graduate of the Dharma House School of Yoga and an RYT 200 registered with Yoga Alliance. She teaches a yoga practice with mixed levels of flow, yin, restorative, and chair. She believes that yoga should be all inclusive and that yoga is a practice for healing of body, mind, & spirit.
