Grace wsSee what I did there? Cardio yoga = card-y-oga! Ha! Adorable!

Summertime is nearly here, and let’s be honest…everyone wants to move more, feel good and get in better shape. But maybe you’re not one of those “runner” types, or own a bike, or whatever. Well lucky for you, I’ve been studying a WHOLE lot about the human body and have figured out a way to raise your heart rate to cardiovascular levels while remaining SAFE in a yoga based practice.

If you are looking to boost your athleticism while remaining low impact to protect joints or a recovering injury, then this course is exactly what you need!

Join me in this 21 day challenge at Yoga Patch AND through the comfort and convenience of your own home! How does a system like this work?

  • Meet twice a week for a 60 min card-y-oga session in group practice at the Yoga Patch
  • Practice at home three days a week with my 20 min videos
  • Get two rest and recovery videos for each weekend!

Begins: June 4 (in which you’ll be emailed an orientation video)
Meet at Yoga Patch: Tues (June 6, 13, 20) and Thurs (June 8, 15, 22) from 12 – 1 pm
Practice Card-y-oga at home: Mon, Wed and Fri of each week, whenever is time managable for you
Weekends: Relax and reset with 10 min restorative videos
Cost: DONATION!!! (suggested $75 – $100)

We will use my special, individually-anatomically designed Sthira Sukham Method to bring a balance of steadiness and ease into your yoga practice and inject short cardiovascular circuits to raise heart rate. Science shows us that that mindful manipulation of heart rate is one of the most effective ways to increase efficient energy usage – meaning the work you do will bring about the best results through your mindful effort.
