WHY creating a vision? Shouldn’t we learn to live in the present?
Actually, having a vision helps us BE OUR BEST SELF IN THE NOW and experience the present with purpose, in a more mindful way. By having a vision, we can more easily adjust and change our old habits and thought patterns because we now have a clear picture of where we’re going and who we’re becoming.
During this dynamic workshop, you will have the opportunity to not only learn the universal principles used by the most successful people, but to design and get very clear on your dream, test it and start committing to it by setting up action steps to achieve it.
You will learn:
- Two essential keys for tuning into your purpose.
- A 5-point test for determining whether your dream is right for you.
- Simple thinking-strategies that will guard you from fear, doubt and worry.
- What wealthy people do that creates sustained success.
- The number one factor that causes people to lose steam when going after a dream, and how to stay motivated and override it.
- The 1 critical thing you must give up in order to reach your dream.
Foundation Flow – Three month course/challenge: Sthira Sukham Method by Grace Duckworth
Sept 4 – Dec 1
5:30 – 7:00 AM (Mon – Fri)
This course is designed for yogi(ni)s looking to deepen their practice in a way that gives space for them to grow with the same group of students over a three month period. This system allows a practitioner to put all of their focus into a single system of postures and method of meditation. By bringing regularity into a routine, one will find the ability to lead the body through breath with limited distraction.
This course is designed for levels 1-3, or very beginner to advanced. Because of the unique approach of the Sthira Sukham Method, practitioners will all be able to follow the same routine and adjust for their unique experience without feeling lost. Over the three months students can expect:
Month 1: focus on alignment of postures, building stamina, memorization and light meditation.
Month 2: alternating schedule of self practice and workshop days – in which students will have the freedom to ask questions and make alterations to their practice – and moderate meditation.
Month 3: strong focus on personal practice and meditation; with limited workshop days.

Class days/times will be held Monday – Friday from 5:30 – 7 am
